DUBAI TO DEVELOP 30 MILLION SQ FT ENTERTAINMENT DESTINATION Meraas Holding, a Dubai-based real estate company, gained approval from HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to develop a 30 million sq ft entertainment destination in Dubai. The project, valued at AED10 billion, will be located at Jebel Ali, and will include five different theme parks, complete with hotels, that intend to appeal to all demographics, providing both locals and tourists an exceptional entertainment experience that’s unlike any other in the region.
